Good, service, quality, high-end, hospitable
The events we held at Hotel Hermitage and Hotel de Paris were flawless. Our Banqueting and Convention Coordinator did an amazing job. From the early stages of the planning to the onsite experience, she was always available, responsive, detailed-oriented and helpful. Our event was a success and all delegates were very satisfied.

Excellence service, attention to detail
Our group had a fabulous time at the Hotel Hermitage. We worked closely with Sophie Lamarche and her team and everything was organized and timely. Thank you for the excellent attention to detail, and incredible customer service you provided to our entire group.

Excellent communication and service throughout.
From start to finish the team at SBM looked after myself and my guests with the utmost professionalism and care. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was as requested. My group had various changes in the weeks leading up to our arrival but again the SBM team took it all in and dealt with it swiftly and efficiently. One team member even greeted me personally upon arrival to ensure everything was satisfactory.

Lovely stay at the hotel
We had a wonderful event at the Hotel Monte Carlo Bay. From planning to execution, the entire MCB team was extremely professional and helpful. A great team - thank you very much.
