Created by Sandro Silva and Marta Seco in Madrid in 2016, then opened in London and Dubai, Amazónico Monte-Carlo, this Amazon-inspired restaurant, bar and lounge concept, promises a festive journey in the heart of the Carré d'or.      Welcome to the jungle Amazónico Monte-Carlo offers a blend of tropical and Latin American cuisine. The menus blend the flavours of Latin America with those of Asia. In this unique atmosphere, savour sushi, seafood and carefully selected grilled meat and fish. The chefs use traditional and modern techniques as well as seasonal ingredients to transport customers to Latin America. This multi-course experience unfolds around Water, Wood, Metal, Fire and Earth. Each creation embodies an element, a season, an emotion.   Every Wednesday from 11 March to 24 June 2026, and then from 2 September to 28 October 2026.       La Table de Marcel, a place for expression     A "restaurant within a restaurant", La Table de Marcel offers its privileged guests an exceptional gastronomic experience, combining the culinary arts with culture, while providing a unique opportunity for close contact with the Chef and his team.   La Table de Marcel is a bold space where emotions come to life. Buddha Bar - Restaurant
Pushing open the doors of Buddha-Bar Monte-Carlo is like setting off on a journey to the distant Orient. With its warm colours, Buddha statue and lounge atmosphere, this is the place to relax and party. Thai and Japanese dishes feature prominently on a menu that blends all the nuances of Asia.   Breathtaking décor... Seven metres high ceilings, a mix of woodwork, sculptures, cornices, stuccowork and gilding. An impressive host: a colossal meditating Buddha from Asia. The bar is located where, at the beginning of the last century, the former Cabaret Monte-Carlo stood, an entertainment venue at the very heart of the Casino de Monte-Carlo.

From steaming with seawater to conjuring sauces from marine flora, the way in which each flavour of the sea and its treasures is worked enhances the products of the land promising a gastronomic experience that is as ethical as it is delectable.   Sustainable, committed gastronomy Awarded the "Prize for Ethical and Environmental Responsibility" by La Liste in 2023, Elsa Marcel Ravin embodies committed culinary excellence through an innovative vision of catering. On the one hand, the land of the Monegasque hinterland where the vegetables come from, the heat of cooking at just the right temperature and the extraction techniques developed by Chef Yannick Alléno. On the other, the mastery of the water and air contained in each piece of sushi, thanks to the sensitivity and purity of movement of our Naoki Kikuchi. In a setting designed by Laurence Bonnel-Alléno, the Chef develops the art of sushi, guided by the four elements.   The Art of Sushi   Chef Yannick Alléno's modern French cuisine is thus blended with Japanese tradition, as embodied by master sushi chef Naoki Kikuchi. L'Abysse Monte-Carlo was conceived as a world of sensations and emotions at the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo. The four elements naturally correspond to the four seasons, bringing exceptional sushi from the Mediterranean to the fore.   Tradition, Innovation and Sustainability   Naoki Kikuchi works closely with fishermen who use targeted sustainable fishing methods. The beauty and respect for the product are essential in the art of sushi. With fish from spring, summer, autumn and winter, the Chef changes the menu according to the seasons and the fishermen's catches. This philosophy is illustrated in the restaurant by the gyotaku technique. Developed by fishermen, this Japanese technique was once used to preserve a memory of their catches by applying ink to the fish before pressing it onto washi paper. At L'Abysse Monte-Carlo, this memorable imprint is left on the customer as a souvenir of the fish they enjoyed that day.
