Combining farniente, vacation spirit and colorful cuisine with a taste of summer, the Las Brisas summer restaurant is a gourmet and friendly stopover at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort.

 

 

New Partnership with Château Sainte Marguerite

This year, the Las Brisas restaurant joins forces with the prestigious Château Sainte Marguerite to offer an original summer gastronomic experience. This collaboration reinterprets the Provençal art of living with freshness, elegance and conviviality, while retaining a casual, offbeat touch. Contemporary Provençal summer cuisine will be offered, in collaboration with double Michelin-starred Chef Marcel Ravin.

The menu features a wine and food pairing based on a land-sea cuisine to share. An exclusive tasting ritual - the “rosé gourmand” - has been devised to enrich the experience. Inspired by the estate's emblem, a hand-crafted ceramic service takes the shape of a daisy: each petal hosts a delicate bite designed to reveal Château Sainte Marguerite rosé wines in all their finesse.

 

To complete this immersive experience, the Las Brisas restaurant will be transformed by Château Sainte Marguerite's signature decor: quality materials, perfect craftsmanship and a contemporary design inspired by the daisy, the historic emblem of the estate. A symbol of Provence's history, this flower symbolizes Château de Sainte Marguerite's deep attachment to its terroir. It is used in unexpected ways in decorative elements, furniture, accessories and tableware, illustrating the free spirit with which the Fayards constantly revisit codes.
