Every year in June the prestigious cosmetics brand Lancôme invites its global training leaders to discover and be trained up on the brand’s new products.

To satisfy expectations in terms of the accommodation, catering and logistics for this event which is always organized in the most luxurious hotels of the French Riviera.

Semi-privatization of the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo. This magnificent 5* hotel, with views of the bay of Monaco and the city’s famous Rock, is renowned for the Belle Époque style and warm colours of its interior design.

 To organize breakfasts for the participants in a private room.

Availability of the Belle Époque salon which is classified as a historic monument. The ideal place to breakfast in an elegant atmosphere.

To bring all the participants together for the launch meeting in a space large enough to host a considerable staging dispositive.

Organization of the plenary meeting in the Eiffel salon. It offers a ceiling height of 5 meters, a surface area of 310 sq. meters that can be split into two spaces, and the capacity to welcome 310 people.

To organize the 5 training workshops (make-up, fragrance, retail, skincare services, skin care products) in spaces that meet the following specific criteria:

- Minimum surface area of 120 sq. meters

- Bathed in natural light

- Modular rooms large enough to host a considerable staging dispositive.
